This Privacy Policy explains how Pepy(“Pepy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Pepymobile application (the “App”) and this website (the “Site,” together with the App, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

• Pepy is a tracker-only app. We do not recommend doses, dosing frequency, protocol changes, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Your protocol data, dose logs, vial data, weight, and macro entries are stored to power the features of the App.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• The only system permission we request at first launch is for notifications. We do not request location.

Information you provide

When you use Pepy, you may enter information including:

• Protocol details such as peptide name, protocol name, dose amount and unit, reminder time, selected weekdays, interval days, and private notes.
• Dose logs including vial reference, injection site, units, volume, notes, and timestamp.
• Vial data such as total mg, reconstitution volume, remaining mg/ml, and vial status.
• Weight entries and meal/macro entries.
• Account information you optionally provide (such as an email address) and any messages you send to support.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service we may collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and aggregated, non-identifying usage analytics. This helps us fix bugs and improve the Service. We use Vercel Analytics on this Site, which collects aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics.

Permissions we request

• Notifications. Requested at first launch so active scheduled protocols can fire local dose reminders. You can change this at any time in your device settings or in the App under Settings, where there is a master notification toggle and a dedicated dose-reminder toggle.
• Location. We do not request location.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To deliver core features such as protocol scheduling, dose reminders, vial tracking, and history views.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Reminders & notifications

Local dose reminders are scheduled on your device. You can disable all notifications using the master notification toggle in the App, or specifically disable dose reminders using the dose-reminder toggle.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and analytics), bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Pepy, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by emailing info@jhobbie.com. We may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Pepy is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact info@jhobbie.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your rights

Pepy is a tracker-only tool. The information you enter is not medical advice and is not reviewed by a clinician. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition or treatment.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
